  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased or used.

5. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial with full access to explore features and test the platform.

  • The free trial allows evaluation before committing to a paid plan.

  • Abuse of the trial by creating multiple/fake accounts may lead to a ban.

6. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable once the trial is over and a purchase is made.

  • Any attempts to initiate false disputes or chargebacks after using services will result in immediate account termination and legal action.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Share, resell, or leak the data outside of your internal business use.

8. Data Accuracy

  • However, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of data as it may change frequently.

  • Bounced emails, closed businesses, or incorrect data entries are not eligible for refund or credit replacement.

10. Termination

  • Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.

12. Legal Action & Jurisdiction

  • We take misuse, fraud, and chargebacks seriously.

  • Any fraudulent activity will lead to legal action, including recovery of funds and damages.

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of Montana, United States and all disputes shall be handled in Court.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
